Are you ready to build your career in logistics operations and project coordination? At Expeditors, we are looking for a motivated Junior Logistics Operations Project Coordinator to join a young and ambitious team supporting operations across the EMEA region.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, wants to learn from experienced colleagues, and is interested in combining daily logistics operations with projects and process improvements. You will receive extensive training and guidance during your first seven months, with increasing responsibility as you develop your skills.
The RoleAs a Junior Logistics Operations Project Coordinator, you will support the team in keeping logistics operations running smoothly for one of our key accounts while developing your project coordination skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting daily site performance reviews and identifying operational issues.
- Joining morning meetings with 3PL partners to discuss inbound, outbound and inventory performance.
- Following up on operational issues and helping coordinate solutions with 3PL partners and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting weekly floor checks and operational reviews at warehouse sites.
- Monitoring inbound and outbound activities and helping ensure agreed KPIs and service levels are achieved.
- Supporting logistics projects and process improvements across different sites.
- Assisting with inventory, warehouse implementation and operational improvement activities.
- Supporting project documentation, communication and follow-up actions.
- Escalating issues when required and making sure actions are followed up.
- Participating in training and team development activities.

Requirements:
- Experience: 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain or a similar environment.
- Interest in Projects: An interest in project coordination, process improvement and operational performance.
- Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data and identifying operational issues.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with different stakeholders and 3PL partners.
- Flexibility: Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities and operational situations.
- Responsiveness: Comfortable working in an environment where quick communication and follow-up are important.
- Mindset: Positive, proactive and eager to develop.
