As a Medior Logistics Operations Project Coordinator, you will play an important role in keeping logistics operations running smoothly while supporting projects and operational improvements across different sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting daily site performance reviews and identifying operational issues.


• Joining daily meetings with 3PL partners to discuss inbound, outbound and inventory performance.


• Monitoring operational KPIs and identifying discrepancies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.


• Following up on operational issues and coordinating solutions with 3PL partners and internal stakeholders.


• Supporting weekly floor checks and operational reviews at warehouse sites.


• Acting as an operational point of contact for specific projects and requests.


• Supporting the implementation and improvement of operational processes.


• Coordinating project actions, milestones and follow-up activities.


• Supporting audits and following up on improvement actions.


• Analyzing operational data and translating findings into practical actions.


• Working with internal and external stakeholders to establish facts and solve operational problems.


• Supporting logistics projects and process improvements across different sites.

We are looking for an experienced logistics professional who combines strong warehouse operations knowledge with project coordination, analytical and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations, including strong knowledge of inventory management and KPI monitoring.


• Project Experience: At least 2 years of experience contributing to or coordinating projects.


• 3PL Experience: Experience working with or coordinating 3PL partners and solving operational issues.


• Analytical Skills: Able to analyze data, identify root causes and translate findings into practical actions.


• Problem Solving: Results-oriented and able to solve operational problems with speed, accuracy and completeness.


• Systems: Experience with Warehouse Management Systems; SAP is a plus.


• Tools: Strong knowledge of Smartsheet.


• Communication: Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Flexibility: Comfortable adapting to a changing and sometimes high-pressure environment.


• Mindset: Positive, proactive and able to take ownership.
