The RoleAs an Air Import Agent, you are responsible for the complete handling process of airfreight imports. At Expeditors, one of America’s Top 250 companies and a global leader in supply chain, you will work in a highly organized environment where every detail counts.You coordinate the import process from start to finish: from checking documentation and customs clearance to communication with customers and carriers. You ensure that all shipments comply with laws and regulations, while providing our customers with complete peace of mind.Your main responsibilities:
- Managing the full import process by air, including documentation and customs formalities;
- Ensuring compliance with international laws and regulations;
- Maintaining contact with customers, carriers, and internal departments;
- Proactively identifying and resolving deviations or delays;
- Handling administrative processes accurately, including invoicing and reporting.

- Full-time availability (38.75 hours per week);
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
- Higher education level (HBO or equivalent);
- Experience in logistics or airfreight.
