As a Logistics Operations Project Coordinator at Expeditors, you are at the heart of planning, coordinating, and tracking a variety of logistics projects. You work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly from initiation to completion. You maintain oversight, anticipate challenges, and ensure deadlines are met.

In this role, you contribute to process improvements, document best practices, and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and partners. You track project statuses, support risk and issue management, and report on progress. Thanks to your organizational skills and communication abilities, projects are executed efficiently, and you make a direct impact on the success of the team.

• You are available full-time;


• At least 3 years of experience in warehousing or supply chain;


• Experience in developing and implementing processes and procedures;


• Experience with 3PL (third-party logistics).

• Starting salary from €2600,- based on 38.75 hours per week based on experience;


• Pension plan and personal training budget;


• 7-months contract with the option to get a permanent contract;
