The RoleAs a Logistics Operations Project Coordinator at Expeditors, you are at the heart of planning, coordinating, and tracking a variety of logistics projects. You work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly from initiation to completion. You maintain oversight, anticipate challenges, and ensure deadlines are met.
In this role, you contribute to process improvements, document best practices, and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and partners. You track project statuses, support risk and issue management, and report on progress. Thanks to your organizational skills and communication abilities, projects are executed efficiently, and you make a direct impact on the success of the team.
This is what you will bring to the role
- You are available full-time;
- At least 3 years of experience in warehousing or supply chain;
- Experience in developing and implementing processes and procedures;
- Experience with 3PL (third-party logistics).
As a Logistics Operations Project Coordinator you can count on
- Starting salary from €2600,- based on 38.75 hours per week based on experience;

- 7-months contract with the option to get a permanent contract;
