In this role, you are fully responsible for the operational execution of your assigned customer account. Throughout the day, you will actively communicate via phone and email with customers, international branches, drivers, and external carriers. Beyond driving smooth communication, you ensure every shipment is registered and tracked into our systems with high attention to detail. We are looking for a proactive, energetic team player who thrives under tight deadlines and maintains full control in a dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for your dedicated customer account, proactively providing updates, handling inquiries, and resolving operational issues.


• Active Driver & Carrier Communication: Maintain frequent daily phone contact with drivers and transport partners to coordinate loading/unloading times, track shipments, and mitigate potential delays.


• Accurate System Processing: Transfer incoming shipment requests into internal operational platforms with zero-defect accuracy.


• Email & Shipment Monitoring: Continuously monitor incoming emails to handle urgent requests, ad-hoc changes, and shipment status updates instantly.


• Dossier & Financial Control: Oversee shipment progress from origin to destination and assist with accurate administrative and financial closing (job costing).

You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and effortlessly maintain an overview, even under pressure. You communicate with ease across customers, carriers, and colleagues, quickly switching between different tasks. What you bring to the role:

• Relevant Experience: At least 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or logistics administration (experience in road freight or freight forwarding is a strong advantage).


• Language Skills: Fluent in English (oral and written) is mandatory. You are comfortable picking up the phone and managing high-volume communication with international stakeholders daily.


• Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and system processing.


• Mindset: High energy, proactive, and accountable. You stay composed, structured, and sharp in a fast-moving, high-volume environment.


• Work Authorization: Must hold a valid work permit for the Netherlands and be eligible to obtain a VOG (Certificate of Conduct).
