As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll lead the daily warehouse operation, support and coach your team, and ensure all processes are carried out safely, efficiently, and on schedule. In this varied role, you'll combine hands-on involvement with strong leadership while driving continuous improvements across the operation.

The Role

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll lead a close-knit team of six colleagues working as drivers and warehouse employees. You'll create an efficient staff schedule, oversee daily warehouse operations, and actively support the team on the warehouse floor whenever needed. In the morning, the focus is on processing incoming goods and loading delivery vans. Later in the day, you'll oversee warehouse activities as the drivers return to support the operation. You'll also work on process improvements, inventory management, and urgent shipments. In addition, you'll ensure a safe and organized work environment and coordinate the maintenance and inspections of warehouse equipment and vehicles.

  • MBO level 4 working and thinking level or equivalent.

  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

  • Experience in a warehouse or distribution centre.

In return, we offer:



  • A gross monthly base salary of up to €4,000, depending on your relevant experience (excluding a 20% shift allowance).

  • A fixed 20% shift allowance on top of your base salary for every shift worked.

  • A 7-month contract with a clear path to a permanent position.
