As a Lead Agent Warehouse, you combine operational tasks with a coordinating role on the warehouse floor. You'll actively work alongside your team while supporting colleagues with their daily activities. You monitor the progress of warehouse operations, identify potential issues, and act as the first point of contact for the team during the shift. Together with the Warehouse Supervisor, you help create a safe, efficient, and well-organized work environment, while continuously looking for ways to improve quality and processes.

You're a team player who enjoys taking responsibility and supporting colleagues whenever needed. You stay organized, work accurately, and know how to set the right priorities, even during busy periods. With your proactive attitude and strong communication skills, you help create a safe and efficient work environment. As a Lead Agent Warehouse, you make a difference every day.

In addition, you bring:

• MBO level 3 working and thinking level or equivalent.


• Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.


• Experience leading or coaching colleagues is a plus.


• Good command of both Dutch and English.


• A proactive, accurate, and hands-on attitude.
