You'll actively work alongside your team while supporting colleagues with their daily activities. You monitor the progress of warehouse operations, identify potential issues, and act as the first point of contact for the team during the shift. Together with the Warehouse Supervisor, you help create a safe, efficient, and well-organized work environment, while continuously looking for ways to improve quality and processes.

- MBO level 3 working and thinking level or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Experience leading or coaching colleagues is a plus.
- Good command of both Dutch and English.
- A proactive, accurate, and hands-on attitude.
