Based at our Rozenburg office, you will report directly to the Operations Manager Air Export. You will explicitly lead the "Front of House" operational group, a crucial team of approximately 20 specialists (supported by supervisors and leads) that handles high-touch customer interactions, quality control, advanced tracking & tracing, and extensive client communication.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Team & People Management: Coordinate daily workflows, distribute tasks effectively, and build positive momentum. Coach and mentor your team members to support their personal and professional growth.


• Customer Experience: Serve as a key touchpoint for premium clients and comfortably drive professional external client meetings and calls.


• Operational & Financial Excellence: Ensure operational indicators run smoothly, actively monitor branch KPIs, and enforce strict discipline regarding on-time invoicing.


• Reporting & Analytics: Utilize advanced Excel functionalities (including pivot tables and data lookups) to produce actionable management reports and identify process optimization paths.

We are looking for an approachable, energetic operational coordinator who provides clear direction and structures workflows constructively. Characters with strong communicative drive and leadership talent are preferred over pure desk managers.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a coordinating or leading role within logistics (experience within import or broader transport operations is acceptable).


• Professional fluency in both English and Dutch (written and spoken).


• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, reporting, data synthesis).


• Full-time availability and eligibility to obtain a VGB certificate (requires living continuously within the European Union for at least the last 8 consecutive years).
