The Role

As a Logistics Administrator at our Rozenburg office, you play an important role in our terminal operations. You make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and act as the main point of contact for drivers, customs officials, and internal departments. You report directly to the Supervisor and Operations Manager and work in a close-knit, international team consisting of two teams of six colleagues. As a Logistics Administrator, you will have a varied role where no two days are the same, helping to keep our daily logistics processes running smoothly.


Your main responsibilities include:



  • Main point of contact: You are the primary contact for truck drivers, customs officials, and internal operational departments.

  • Documentation: You accurately process all inbound and outbound documentation, including the administrative registration of customs documents in CustomsWare.

  • Driver & inspection support: You are responsible for welcoming drivers and assisting them and external authorities during physical cargo inspections.

  • Reporting & administration: You maintain internal logistics reports and immediately report any issues or bottlenecks to management.

This is what you will bring to the role

For the Logistics Administrator position, we are seeking an energetic, resilient colleague with excellent interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude (for instance, individuals with experience in logistics, hospitality, or front-desk customer service).



  • Proven MBO level of working and thinking (preferably level 3 or 4).

  • Relevant work or internship experience within the logistics sector or an administrative, customer-facing role.

  • Professional fluency in both English and Dutch (written and spoken).

  • Full willingness to work in flexible shift schedules (morning shifts starting at 06:00 AM and evening shifts ending at 11:00 PM, including fixed weekend rotations).

  • A competitive gross base salary ranging between € 2,700 and € 3,300 per month (excluding 20 percent shift allowance), aligned with your specific years of relevant experience.

  • A stable and attractive 20% shift premium applied to every single hour worked, resulting in an effective gross monthly salary range between € 3,250 and € 3,950.

  • An initial 7-month contract with a transparent view toward a permanent employment contract.

  • An excellent pension scheme and a personal training budget (we maintain a company standard of 52 training hours per employee per year).

  • Eligibility to join our global Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
