• Accurately entering and tracking data in our operational systems;


• Preparing transport documentation and verifying delivery information;


• Maintaining daily communication with carriers and customers;


• Identifying issues and contributing to process improvements.

You’re someone who enjoys maintaining oversight, switching gears quickly, and solving logistical challenges. With your strong communication skills and eye for detail, you keep everything and everyone moving in the right direction.You bring:

• Full-time availability (38.75 hours per week);


• Open to work in rotating shifts;


• Fluency in written and spoken English;


• Eligibility to obtain a VGB clearance (minimum 8 years residency in the EU);


• Relevant experience in logistics or transportation.
