As a Distribution Customer Service Agent, you’ll take complete ownership of your customers’ distribution processes. You’ll ensure their goods are safely stored, inventory levels are accurate, and deliveries reach their clients on time allowing them to focus on what matters most: their product, growth, and innovation.In this role, you will:

• Coordinate the entire distribution process for your assigned customers;


• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to meet all service and quality standards;


• Keep all stakeholders informed of shipment status and handle last-minute changes together with the transport and operations teams;


• Manage administrative tasks such as billing, receipt control, and order allocation.

• Fluency in written and spoken English;


• You have an HBO working and thinking level;


• You have relevant work experience or study background in the logistics sector.
