As a Distribution Customer Service Agent, you support our customers in the distribution field by storing their goods, managing inventory, and supplying their customers, allowing them to focus on their most important matters: their product, growth, and innovation. In this role, you are responsible for the entire distribution process of your client. You collaborate with customers, suppliers, and colleagues to meet the specified service standards and requirements. Additionally, you keep everyone up-to-date, and if there's a last minute change, you coordinate this in collaboration with the transportation and operational department. All these processes involve an administrative aspect: you handle accurate invoicing and verify receipt data and order distributions. In short, this role suits you if you have talent for organizing, planning, are proactive, and work with precision.
