As an Air Export Agent, you are responsible for coordinating air freight export shipments for our clients. You coordinate all shipment details with the customer and ensure that the internal organization processes the shipment further. Your goal is to ensure a smooth and timely flow of processes. In logistics, it is generally helpful to be proactive; all documentation must be correct and the correct information must be entered beforehand, export processes must be well thought out and coordinated, and professional communication and relationships with customers, suppliers, carriers, and colleagues must be maintained. Customer satisfaction is very important to us; we always aim to meet customer requirements and service standards. If you do not have any logistics experience but are an energetic person who can keep a cool head during busy times and prioritize well, then this position is definitely suitable for you!
