As a Warehouse Worker, you are an essential link in our day-to-day logistics operation. You ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing cargo. Your key responsibilities include:

• Safely loading and unloading trucks and containers.


• Thoroughly inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments, including accompanying documentation.


• Welcoming and guiding truck drivers in a professional and customer-friendly manner.


• Operating reach trucks and/or forklifts to move cargo safely throughout the warehouse.


• Locating, scanning, registering, and preparing shipments using modern track & trace systems.


• Working effectively under healthy time constraints to meet tight network schedules.


• Proactively contributing ideas for process improvements and identifying operational bottlenecks.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience with loading and unloading in a warehouse or logistics environment.


• Certifications: Hands-on experience operating a reach truck and/or forklift (a valid license is strongly preferred).


• Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts (including morning, evening, night, and weekend shifts).


• Languages: Good command of the English language is required (Dutch is a bonus, but not mandatory).


• Background Check: Ability to apply for a VGB (Certificate of No Objection) or at least 8 consecutive years of residency in the EU.
