Job description
As an Ocean Import Customer Service Agent you are responsible for the coordination of imported sea freight. You are the link between the client and colleagues of other departments, e.g. customs. You will ensure that all documentation around the freight is correct to keep the import trajectory running smoothly. In addition, you will monitor the standard operating procedures of clients and keep these up-to-date. As Ocean Import Customer Service Agent you are a good communicator; you preserve the good relation with the shipping companies, suppliers and transporters.
Your profile
  • At least two years work experience in logistics services;
  • You are willing to work evening-, weekend- and (possible) holiday shifts;
  • You have experience with Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook);
  • You are fluent in writing and speech in English and Dutch.
