Job description
 
As a Distribution Customer Service Agent, you will ensure customers will not have to worry about the distribution, storage of their products and inventory management, so they can focus on more important business; their product, growth and innovation.

In this role you are responsible for the entire distribution process of your customer. Together with the suppliers, customers and your colleagues you will ensure the set service standards and requirements are met. In addition, you keep everyone up to date. If there is a last-minute change, you coordinate this in collaboration with the transport and operational departments. All these processes also contain administrative duties, meaning you accurately take care of invoicing, checking data and order distributions in our Warehouse Management System (WMS). In short, in this position we will rely on your talent for planning, keeping an overview, proactivity and accuracy.

In the first months you will be matched to a buddy who is going to explain everything that you need to know about your department and operations. Together with you we will create a personal career development plan containing several training methods.

Your profile
  • HBO (Applied science) preferably in Logistics, Economics, Hospitality or Management OR MBO 4 (Intermediate vocational education) and 1-2 years of work experience in logistics;
  • Experience in using Excel, Word and Outlook;
  • Masters both English and Dutch language in speech and writing.
