A product that is exported from one country, needs to be imported in another country. Our Import Agents are responsible for the coordination of all import shipments. Job description

In this challenging and varied job, you will ensure that all import airfreight shipments, documents and information will be received, handled and followed-up in a time efficient and correct way. It is a proactive role in which you will accurately report in our import systems. Moreover, you will build up and retain relationships with several different airlines, handlers and our internal and external clients. During your job you will get to know the airfreight processes and contribute in optimizing the operational processes.
At the import department you will also deal with the preparation of import documentation and some other administrative tasks regarding customs.

Your profile
  • MBO 4 (Intermediate vocational education) and 1-2 years of work experience in logistics or HBO (Applied science) preferably in Logistics, Economics, Hospitality or Management;
  • Prepared to work evening shifts, weekend shifts and possibly during holidays;
  • Understands and uses certain computer programs (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook);
  • Masters both English and Dutch language in speech and writing.
