Job description
 
In Europe we import numerous products. In the role of Import Customs Agent you are responsible for ensuring the most efficient import process possible, while offering excellent customer service. In this role you will solely focus on airfreight shipments which need to be distributed to our customer in a proactive and interactive way. Prior to distributing you ensure that all import documentation is correct and you will assist the customs department with the customs clearance process. You will work as efficient as possible, and if you have any ideas regarding the improvement of the operational process; feel free to share!

Your profile
  • MBO 4 (Intermediate vocational education) and 1-2 years of work experience in logistics or HBO (Applied science) preferably in Logistics, Economics, Hospitality or Management;
  • Prepared to work evening shifts, weekend shifts and possibly during holidays;
  • Understands and uses certain computer programs (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook);
  • Masters both English and Dutch language in speech and writing.
