We import numerous products into Europe. As an Import Gateway Agent you are responsible for tracking and tracing these air freight shipments. This position is available at our Schiphol office and focuses entirely on air freight shipments that need to be distributed from the airport to the customer

In this position you are responsible for finding out where the import freight shipments are and how/if they arrive fully at the customer. Beforehand, you ensure that all freight has arrived at the airport complete, if not, you have to find out where it has gone. You then ensure that it arrives complete at the customer's warehouse. A detective mindset is important for this position, because if you don't know where the shipment is, you have to get to the bottom of where it went.

• You are available full-time;


• You speak and write fluently in English and Dutch;


• MBO working and thinking level;


• Relevant work experience or study background in the logistics sector is an advantage;

• Starting salary from €2,500 based on 38.75 hours per week;
